Located originally in Lockport, Illinois, Grandma J's Cookies started in 1998. The mother of three, Jeanett Scott enjoyed baking for her family, friends, school functions and church events. Jeanett spent so much time baking for people outside of the home that friends and family members often teased her that she should go into business selling her wonderful, homemade cookies.
After Jeanett's youngest child left home to attend college, she discovered her cookies were still in demand at school and church functions. Through word of mouth and free samples at the local post office, orders increased to the point she had to purchase a second oven.
Grandma J's Cookie Company's goal is to bring a smile to everyone's face by providing delicious, home-made cookies that can be enjoyed by individuals and businesses alike.
We strive for this goal in four ways:

· By tailoring every order to the individual customer's needs
· By providing customers with fresh, high-quality products
· By showing the testimony of Christ through an example of love and sharing
